Judy Carroll, RDH, Founder and Clinical Director of PerioPeak Innovations, is a clinical pioneer, outspoken patient advocate, national lecturer, writer and post graduate clinical instructor. Judy Carroll’s 35 years of clinical expertise has fueled her determined pursuit of more effective and preventative gum disease treatment methods, as well as her strong emphasis on integrative care. She is the world leader in advanced Perioscopy methods and Regenerative Periodontal Endoscopy (RPE). Judy Carroll has helped thousands of patients traveling from all over the world with her pioneering treatment protocol (for all stages of gum disease) due to her consistently remarkable clinical results and her revolutionary approach to comprehensive patient care.

Judy Carroll, RDH has earned many post-graduate certifications and continuing education credits, including medical-dental preceptorship studies, regenerative technologies (biologics), salivary diagnostics, host modulated therapy, epigenetics, periodontal nutrition, sleep medicine, and myofunctional therapy, allowing her to provide a more comprehensive and effective approach to patient care.

Judy Carroll, RDH has been an outspoken gum disease treatment pioneer for over two decades. She continues to challenge main stream treatment methods and philosophies still widely held by her profession. In 2013 Judy Carroll underwent a grueling and expensive 'scope of practice' law suit brought on by the Department of Health. She won hands-down by overwhelmingly demonstrating professionalism in all aspects of her comprehensive patient care and efficacious treatment methods. Her case set an important precedent for the dental profession.

Judy Carroll, RDH is a member of the ADHA, WDHA and the IFDH (she was recently granted the prestigious 2024 Innovation Award by the IFDH). Her driving mission is to teach comprehensive periodontal therapy to her colleagues, (utilizing endoscopes, regenerative proteins, host modulation and holistic periodontal medicine); thereby elevating the standard of care - a mission of the heart she pursue's with great passion.
